This study evaluated the clinical feasibility and interrater reliability of the Adapted Measure of Participation in Conversation (MPC) and Adapted Measure of Support in Conversation (MSC) when used by speech and language therapy students and clinicians to rate videotaped conversations involving people with acquired brain injury. Rating 5-minute samples was feasible within 30 minutes and showed moderate reliability—generally stronger than 10-minute samples—with reliability higher among students than clinicians.
